Computer Basics: Your PC  
  This course introduces general computer use and terminology. It describes the basic hardware components of a PC and introduces basic skills for using software programs in a windows environment.
A Beginner's Guide to the Internet  
  What Is the Internet? What Do I Need? E-mail Basics. Communicating on the Internet, Browsing the World Wide Web. Getting Information on the Internet.
Using Internet Explorer or Netscape Browsers  
  This course shows Internet users how to increase the power and efficiency of their Web search strategies. It includes information on using various well-known Web search tools, downloading, and saving files found on the Web and managing plug-ins and cookies.
